You have just proved that you don't have the faintest idea what OOP actually is. It has NOTHING to do with the "management" approach, you can do OOP in waterfall, incremental, iterative, rapid prototyping, agile, Scrum, XP, TDD, whatever. And you can do all those things in purely procedural, OOP, data-driven, whatever, development paradigms.
