Which is I guess a valid interpretation of the Bible And the very fact that the Bible can (must?) be interpreted means that it will be interpreted in many ways, which an all-powerful, all-loving, all-knowing god would surely need to fix. Of course, Muslims would say that the fix is the Qur'an, but honest Islamic theologians in turn have to admit that that collection of writings is subject to interpretation as much as the Bible.
