The specific question I was addressing is the one that you previously raised. That question is, does the fact that people were willing to be tortured and die because of their belief in Jesus in itself indicate that Jesus existed. If you accept that this is the case, then you MUST accept that if ANYBODY is willing to be tortured and die for their beliefs , then those beliefs MUST be true. This is simply a question of logic. You are arguing that if A (people are willing to be tortured and die for Jesus) is true then B (Jesus existed) is true. You must then accept the generalization of that proposition: if A (people are willing to be tortured and die for X) is true then B (X existed) is true. If you cannot accept that, then you are not presenting a logical argument.
