So you have cancelled one type of meeting and replaced it with your own tool. If I had a pound for every time a company had said "this new tool will replace meetings, email, instant messages, internet forums, ... and replace them with a single tool" I would be very rich. In my experience all such tools end up being just another communication medium, and don't replace anything. It's a shame, because we really need a single inbox. Maybe your tool is the one (though you will still have all these channels coming in from outside the organization), and it does look good, but I'll not hold my breath. It's not really relevant to me as I am now a sole practitioner (though it might have been useful in my corporate days), otherwise I would give it a go.
