No, just no. All it would mean for me is that I would be more tired and hence less effective. This works for larks who go to bed early, but not for us night owls. I rarely get to sleep before 1 a.m. so waking up at 5 would give me four hours sleep. I need at least seven, and I normally wake around 8, so this works for me.
