Michael Jackson (not that one, nor the beer writer) tells the story of Fred and Jane. Fred did all the difficult jobs and got praised, His work was always complex and needed a lot of explaining. Jane did the easier stuff, her work was always clear and easy to understand. Strangely, whenever Jane was given a job originally intended for Fred it always turned out to be much easier than it was thought to be.
