Lost count of the number of times an ingredient isn’t mentioned in the instructions, or the instructions mentions an ingredient not in the ingredients list. Also reduces the chances of you doing things out of sequence or (something I have done) using all of an ingredient in one part of the recipe when you need to use it in two separate parts.
