…= [1,2,3,4,5] Function should return a number from input array according to probability which means If I call the function 5–6 times, It should return each element at least once.

If the function is truly picking a random number, it could still pick the same number 5 times. Unless you are making this statement a constraint and disallowing a number if it has already been selected.
