I do like this and I think I get it. But the definition of Principles needs to be clearer. "What decisions will we apply?" or even "the decisions you are making that guide you to the chosen objectives" are too vague. You are making decisions at all levels. Maybe some examples would help to clarify?

Also not sure that Values is in the right place. When I saw your first diagram, I immediately thought that Mission needs to be on the left, but Values is an odd one. Values surely underpin everything, so whatever you do must be within the framework of your values. This would put the Values heart to the left of everything, surely?
